Unable put 2 factor in popup

I am using the modal popup for sign on with 2 factor.  you enter in the username and password and then instead of coming up with another window for the 2 factor pop up it highlights a WARNING message that the 2 factor code is invalid.  However, it doesn't give you a chance to put it in.

The warning message, however, does allow you to enter the username/password and 2 factor code underneath.

Is there a way round this?

The Login button seems to have frozen.

Ok Tks Alex.   I got around it by placing the module in a different position.

The Login button seems to have frozen.

I have just upgraded the website to SSL  i.e. solentdolphin.co.uk to https.
I haven't tested this since - the first time today.   Would that be a reason that the button has frozen
