Some hikashop fields during the registration are not showing up
Category: JFBConnect

Hello,

Do you think you could fix this issue with the hikashop registration fields ?
"The problem is coming from the Type apparently, I just made a few tests, all Type worked except : Radio Button, checkbox, dropdown, multiple dropdown, coupon, file, image, Ajax...
So the dropdown working are Type "Zone" actually (State and Country), not "dropdown"

Thanks,

Hello,

I have a registration page with hikashop fields : Link
Some customs like a Terms and a test, both required.

In JBFConnect > Profiles > Hikashop - Show Profile Fields : Required Only / All (I tried on both)

But in the JBFConnect registration page (LinkLink or please click on "Log in" then use one social picto):
1. Some required fields are missing, "Title" is missing as well and it's a Core and Required field. Could you please help me?
2. About the design, could you please let me know how to organize the fields one by line ? (I tried Config > Registration Display Mode: Vertical)

Hello,

When I add in /public_html/media/sourcecoast/css
To the file : common.css
This code:

Code:

.sourcecoast.jfbcsharedialog {

    float:left !important;
}
.sourcecoast.sc_twittershare {
    float:left !important;
}

It's working, both Share and Tweet buttons are left aligned (horizontal).
If update, this code will get erased.

To override, I tried to add the file common or only the code to the file default.css in /public_html/templates/TEMPLATE_NAME/html/mod_sclogin/themes

No success, can you please help me?

Best regards,

Not working but on 1 page
Category: JFBConnect

Hello,

I would like to use JFBConnect to allow users to comment on most pages of my website and also to share.
This page is working pretty well:
--Done--

But not this one: --Done--
I don't understand because they are in the same category... Something's interesting: only the Facebook button doesn't work and the comment plugin by the way...
The Pinterest PinIt isn't displaying, where can I find the Open Graph Content Plugin ?

I use Hikamarket, I would like all the pages created by vendors to display the same (share and comments), example: --Done--
Please what could be the proper way to proceed?

Best,

Edit: Nicolas from hikashop is apparently working on a new plugin...

Melissa,
Yes please I need a few more details,
I found the file in : plugins/system/recaptcha2/recaptcha2.php

I can see both methods: onBeforeUserCreate and onBeforeStoreUser
I think it's around this part in onBeforeStoreUser:

Code:

$components = array('com_user','com_users','com_alpharegistration','com_ccusers','com_virtuemart','com_hikashop','com_hikamarket','com_akeebasubs');

        if (!in_array(@$_REQUEST['option'],$components)) return true;

I tried to duplicate it in onBeforeUserCreate, to add ",'com_jfbconnect'"... No success

Thank you for your help, please find the full code (recaptcha2.php) > txt, here : recaptcha2

Melissa,
I don't see your response to the thread: https://www.hikashop.com/forum/integrat … tml#269071
You can post the solution here and I will duplicate it on this thread...

To resume,
When HikaShop ReCaptcha v2 is disactivated, Message ok + the user receive the confirmation email.
When activated: Message "The CAPTCHA solution was incorrect", no email, the user is in the user list but not enable, not activated...

Please let me know,
Christophe.

Alex,

Yes this other topic is similar but I don't think that my problem comes from another plugin... I installed only hikashop/market, SCLogin, JFBConnect and T3 Template...
I'll contact the hikashop support but I would like to get a solution here?
If I disable the automatic registration, I get a registration page ".../component/jfbconnect/?view=loginregister&provider=google&r..."
They're is no captcha and I get the same problem if I click on register (The CAPTCHA solution was incorrect).

I see no other choice than "JFBConnect" as registration component in Configuration.
Do you think it's possible to link/add "/component/hikashop/user/form" ?

I contact the hikashop support, I hope to find a solution...

Thanks,

Hello Alex,

The problem comes from the HikaShop ReCaptcha v2.
When I disable the plugin, it works fine...
But I need it in the registration form (hikashop / hikamarket)

Thanks,
Christophe

Hello,

I get an error message : The CAPTCHA solution was incorrect,
The new user is there in the backend (Users>Manage), not enabled/activated,
If I try again, this time I get "This email address is already registered." and the page is the Register page.

Do you have any idea to fix it, please?
Is it possible to edit the confirmation email? Like the one from the register form...

Thanks,
Christophe.
