Css conflict ?

Will this help? A quick review of the code of this module show a problem in the ajax
initialisation that perform a wrong Joomla initialisation.
I don't know if this is the origin of the problem but the ajax calls
probably fails.

File modules\mod_sclogin\ajax\otpcheck.php

if (file_exists(__DIR__ . '/../../defines.php'))
include_once __DIR__ . '/../../defines.php';

if (!defined('_JDEFINES'))
define('JPATH_BASE', dirname(__DIR__) . '/../../');
require_once JPATH_BASE . '/includes/defines.php';

I have been having random error ( not all the time) while trying to login with JFBConnect.

This is not happening all the time. Run autotune = everything is ok

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Any suggestion where to look to solve this issue?

Thank you
