There are some issues with the modal popup on some sites. The upcoming update for JFBConnect v5.1 will include a new SCLogin module which should fix the conflict on many sites. Unfortunately, there's not many better suggestions I have than to wait about 1 week for the new release.

No, that's not something we currently support. It's on our to-do list of features, but I don't know when that would be available.
