Anh,
This is a bug with the SCLogin module and some specific templates. Can you follow the instructions in this post and that should fix your problem.

Sorry for the trouble. This will be fixed in the next release.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

I Modified the file. But the module hardly works. I can only use it 2 times until now after hundred of refreshes.
And the module doesn't work after i logging out. Moreover, the BG is totally black (not grey as your demo) and there is no lost password icon: screencast.com/t/AlaznDq2nGj8
Could you please tell me how to solve it?

Thanks,
Giang Anh

There are issues with the modal version of the module that we're working to correct. If the module is only working every few page loads, that likely means there's a caching issue that causing the problems. When the page isn't cached, the module works.. once the cache kicks in, it doesn't. Can you try disabling caching to see if that fixes your problem?

The grey/black background is likely being overwritten by a CSS style in your template. If you try with a different template, you'll see that it is likely grey. We do try to inherit some styles from the template for a few different features to better integrate with sites.

The missing icons can be fixed by following the directions in this post .

The next release (due out later this month) will have both fixes linked to in this post and above and should fix most of the other modal issues that are affecting a minority of users.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Hello,

I can use the login now after disabling cache. They grey background also works.
However, I meet other issue: screencast.com/t/2PpJ38qgb
Missing icon was not fixed. I even crete image folder inside css folder (since there is no img one there) and copye the images to image folder home/modules/mod_sclogin/images. But there is still issue.

Thanks,
Giang Anh

For the Strict Standards message, you should set the "Error Reporting" setting in the Joomla Global Configuration to "none". That's just a notification message and those should be hidden on any live site.

Can you tell me what folder and files you copied into the mod_sclogin directory? The directory should have been /modules/mod_sclogin/css/img/ (not image) The glyphicon files should be copied to that directory.

Let me know if you still have issues.

Thanks,
Alex

Where is the SCLogin enabled on your site? I can't find it to test what may be wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

For the Strict warning messages, if the Global Configuration won't let you turn those messages off, it means that your server has PHP error reporting forced on. That's really bad for a production server and you'll need to contact your hosting company to disable that. We'll look into the cause of our module to be reporting that, but it really isn't a 'problem' message and shouldn't be shown at all on your site under a normal configuration.

Thanks,
Alex

That's my server. I will try to solve it.
The module is here danhgia.net/xe-co . I just enable in this page to avoid user seeing it.

Thanks,
Giang Anh
