Scotty,
Our bootstrap Javascript files don't look to be included. Can you go into the parameters area and enable the Include Bootstrap setting?

That will hopefully fix the problem, but if not, there may be one minor update to our SCLogin module that's required. You can see the change required in this post . That fix will be in the next release of the SCLogin module.

As for why it would break, I honestly don't have a clue. We haven't released an update to the SCLogin module since the beginning of this month.. so not sure what happened. Could have been that another extension was including the Bootstrap Javascript file we rely on, but is no longer doing it...

I hope that helps, but let us know how it goes either way.

Thanks,
Alex

Loading bootstrap made it work for a short time and then after a couple of sessions of testing it dropped out again and will not pop the modal. If you look now you can see that the bootstrap is loaded and maybe there will be some new error in the debug?

Thanks again for looking into this. You guys provide great support!

My best regards,
Scotty

Scotty,
Do you have caching enabled on your site, specifically the System - Cache plugin, but any caching may be causing what I think is the problem.

Basically, our SCLogin module has a wonky way of inserting that modal popup right now. We're planning a much more compatible method in the next release, but I think if you have aggressive caching enabled or even caching that is executing before our module executes, that could cause the issue you're seeing... it will work sometimes if the page is actually being generated, but on subsequent cache-loaded pages, it will fail.

If you can disable caching, temporarily, and test that would help us immensely. If that does work, we can provider you a little bit of code for you to update in our module, which is similar to how we'll be doing it in our next release, to test. That update should work with caching.

I hope that helps explain and gets us on the right track.

Thanks,
Alex
