As to your issue, when you see the looping issue, is that when users register through Joomla or when they register through LinkedIn? I just visited your site, and I'm not seeing the Login with LinkedIn button or our SCLogin module anywhere.
If it's Joomla, here are the steps I'd take to try and narrow down where the issue may be coming from:
* Disable Joomla's SEF
* Disable the User - Profile plugin
* Disable the captcha integration
After that's all disabled, try to register again and see if the problem persists. If not, re-enable each of the above one at a time and test again. See which one causes the problem. Then, we should be able to narrow down what is specifically wrong and go from there.
