Hi Alex,

Need to bother you again, as I am not familiar in code, hope you can help.

I would like to change the SCLogin from existing vertical type to horizontal type, I have read your previous post (www.sourcecoast.com/forums/jfbconnect/jf...479-horizontal-login ), however, I don't understand the step what I should do. My existing site: mini.hk.com/Joomla303

1. Which file should I add "_jfbchoriz"? (mod_sclogin.php or tmpl\login.php) And where should I add it?
2. For the code you suggested, should I put it in css\mod_sclogin.css?

Benson,
The post you referenced is very out of date. Since then, we've re-released the SCLogin module with overhauled looks and a simple setting for horizontal mode. Right now, the module is standalone download. However, it will be included in the next releases of JFBConnect and JLinked.

Hi Alex,

I have followed your suggestion and downloaded the "mod_sclogin_j3.0_v3.0.0beta". It's is much easier to configure the Horizontal type, thanks for your help.
But would you please how to show the "Show Forgot Username" and "Show Forgot Password" links? I have enabled them already, but none of them have been shown.

Where can we see the SCLogin module on that site? The module at the top looks to be the normal Joomla login module. To help figure out why the buttons aren't showing, we'd need to see it.

Just so you know, the Forgot Password and Username buttons show up to the right of the field itself with a little question mark, it's not a full text like previously. You can see this on our site if you use the Login button at top (while logged out). We have extra styles on the popup, but you'll get the idea of where the ? should be.

In my site (www.futurodelujo.cl), I have setup the the SCLogin at the left side, however I would like to put in horizontal way at the top (close to the main menu, in the menuload position of my template). I have tried to many ways but none of them has worked. Any suggestion?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. I'm not sure why the horizontal mode isn't working. We'd need to actually see the module configured on a page to understand why the CSS isn't behaving as expected. Can you configure an instance of the SCLogin module on some interior or special page of your site and let us know where we can see it? Once there, we should be able to narrow things down for you quickly.

If you can give me a secure mail, I will provide you user/pass to my site-admin, so you will be able to play with the module (activate/deactivate) in order to see what is going on...
This shouldn't be a problem due to the time difference... I'm in GTM-3.

Pablo,
You can Private Message me the details for your site by clicking the mail icon under my avatar to the left. When you send me the details, please have the SCLogin module instance configured in the 'bad' mode and just let me know which one I should enable and the URL it will appear on. With that, we should be able to recreate things pretty quickly and get things going for you.
