Login button inactive

I created an account on your site and am able to reproduce the behavior you're describing. However, when I try to open the URL of www.overseascatholics.org/modules/mod_sclogin/ajax/otpcheck.php for it in my browser, there's a 404 error. There is still a firewall or htaccess rule that is preventing the otpcheck file from loading, which will be necessary to fix before login is possible unless two factor authentication is disabled.

Strange, I just tried logging into your site via credentials for a Joomla user that I created and also with Facebook credentials. Both were able to log in and log out properly. Could you provide more details about what specific URL you're on (if not the home page) and any error messages you see on the page or console. Can you try clearing any cookies in your browser?

login button works fine but can't login to the site.

Also, I'm a little confused by this statement. To clarify - Are you saying that the login button works fine to pop up the modal, but then when you enter credentials and hit the Login button on the modal popup that you are not logged in?
