Why has the button gone missing? We have the latest JFBC/JLinked updates.

On that page, in the Javascript error console, is the following error message:

Uncaught Error: You must specify a valid JavaScript API Domain as part of this key's configuration.

Can you check your LinkedIn App configuration and ensure you've filled in the Javascript API Domain setting properly with the URLs for your site? That should get things going.

If not, or you need more help, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi!

We have the same problem with linkedIn button. We are using "Social Share Button" plugin to show share buttons at the bottom of articles. The reason we chose this plugin is that we want to show numbers of share on each button, but the LinkIn button doesn't come up. I know you have addressed this issue earlier but I could not solve my problem yet. The error is " double in.js loaded, any parameters will be ignored". Could you please help us?

Pixpro,
Can you post, or private message, a page where we can see the problem? Once seen, we should be able to narrow down what's wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi, thanks for replying, I somehow missed your reply.
This is just an example of how the articles look. As you see we miss the linkedin share button. I would appreciate your assistance.

In the Javascript error console is the following message:

Uncaught Error: You must specify a valid JavaScript API Domain as part of this key's configuration.

As noted above, can you check your LinkedIn App configuration and ensure you've filled in the Javascript API Domain setting properly with the URLs for your site? That should get things going.

If you need more help on doing so, just let me know. Additionally, for more help with JLinked, please post from the account that you subscribed to JLinked from. The account you posted from has only subscribed to JFBConnect in the past.

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you so much Alex, this solved my problem. The only problem left is that there is another tiny linkedin icon visible under social share buttons which is called {jlinkedMember}. Do you know where does it come from and how I can turn it off?
