Michelle,
There's quite a few possible causes for that problem, but we'd need more information. You also posted in the JLinked supported forums, which is for LinkedIn integration, and not the JFBConnect forums, which slows things down. I also don't see a subscription to JFBConnect or JLinked, which is required for priority support.
If you still need assistance though, please let us know the following:
* What version of JFBConnect you are using.
* What version of JLinked you are using, if you are using that as well (I ask just because this is the JLinked forums)
Finally, please post from the account that you have an active subscription to our extensions from. Priority support is for subscribers only.
