Getting Started was created by spikesantee
Hi Alex,

I loved the JFBC product so much I signed up for a year's worth of support plus I bought the JLinked product.

I went through the set up instructions on the web site, I have my API, and initial settings set but nothing shows up. I must have missed something simple but I can't figure it out. Any idea where to look?

Well, it's working, I don't know what I did or didn't do. I followed the instructions and it's working. I guess I was just a little impatient.

Spike,
Terribly sorry for the delayed response. I believe you know we're usually pretty good at response time, and just missed this one.

I am glad to see you got it going. If you are still having issues, definitely let us know. Common issues that can cause problems are navigating to your site in www and non-www. One may work, the other shouldn't. I think we've already fixed issues like that with your Facebook integration efforts, but worth testing again. Beyond that, it could be either caching or simply a delay in LinkedIn between your application creation and being able to use it. In general, changes in your LinkedIn application propagate slower than changes in Facebook. Not days or anything, but not always minutes, like with Facebook.

Either way, as always, definitely let us know if you run into any other issues or have other questions! We're very happy you decided to resubscribe and choose to go with both extensions!

Thanks,
Alex

Alex,

You have the best customer service of any extension I have on my Joomla site. Well worth the subscription price. I really like the JLinked in module. It works great. I love the way it posts to my Linked In page. It really creates a very profession look. I will post a review at the extensions web site.

Spike,
Thanks for the review! We definitely appreciate it.

Should you run into any other issues or have any other questions or suggestions, definitely let us know. We're working on JLinked v1.1 right now, to be out in a few weeks. Should make things even smoother :)
