Install problems was created by gmstephens
Several components of Jlink are not installed and it says the community builder is not installed (it is intalled)

Content Plugin 2.0.0 2.0.0 This extension is installed and published.
JLinkedApply Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedCompanyInsider Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedCompanyProfile Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedMember Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedRecommend Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedShare Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
JLinkedFollowCompany Not Installed 2.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.
Profile Integration Installed Available Status
Community Builder Not Installed 5.0.0 This extension does not appear to be installed.

When using the directory install the system says it does not find the XML setup file.

What do I do now - I followed the instructions and now need your help

The modules and plugins you mention above all need to be installed separately. They won't be installed when you upload the main component file. After you unzip the main package file you downloaded from this site, you'll need to install any modules or social profile integration plugins (like the CB plugin) you want to use on your site.

If that's not the issue, let us know if you get any error messages when you use the zip installer from the admin area (when you upload the module or plugin zip files). That will help us narrow down what might be going wrong.

I have already installed Community Builder but JLink says it is not installed.

Where do I find parts of JLink that were not installed? I downloaded using the link (Jlink6) sent in the e-mail and installed everything, but the system says that the items in my original post were not installed. Should I start over? Why do I get the message that the XML file is not found?
