Hi Alex,
I was trying to append my post to the one woth the same name but was not allowed to post (do not understand why, my subscription page tells me that my subscription is active) ??

I have the same thing. JlinkedShare, Follow, Member are not appearing anymore in chrome, when i check the page the calls to jlinked.js and the references to linkedin and api etc are all there. As they should as I have not changed anything :)

when i launch the page(s) in firefox all appears fine, In IE i notixced that the jlinked member buttons do appear but the follow company does not ...

funny stuff, hope you have any insight

Posts that haven't had any activity in 45 days are automatically closed. That's done to prevent old topics from being resurrected when, most of the time, the information in them may not be valid any more (new versions, fixes, etc).

As to your issue, can you let me know where we can see the problem? We'll gladly take a look and help however we can.

aaah got it on the 'closed' bit

see www.relativerotationgraphs.com/about-us/rrg-ltd for a follow company button at the bottom of the page.

or www.relativerotationgraphs.com/thomsonreuterseikon for a follow copnay button and 2 member buttons ...

working fine on FF (always) & IE (now but i have seen irregularities), nothing in Chrome

I just tested in Chrome on a Mac. On both pages you showed, I was able to see the Follow and Profile widgets without any issues.

Can you check if you have any of the following:
* Any add-ons for Chrome meant for privacy? These can intentionally block social network sites from loading
* Any anti-virus or malware scanners that may be trying to prevent social networks from loading

I'm not sure what else the cause would be, but we'll gladly help to keep investigating.

Hi Alex, it was the avast security plugin that was blocking the icons. solved now ! thx for pointing.

Awesome! Glad to hear you found the issue. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to get around tools that are intended to block the social widgets.
