hi there,
i installed all jlinked modules, plugins etc. i also enabled all of them and followed the intructions
now i want to set the jlinked member module to appear on a specific point of my website
i go to modules> create module and select the module i want. i click ok bla bla
instead of the module, only the NAME of the module appears on my website. and apparently if i select hide name, it shows nothing!

also, on the restricted areas of my website, the log in with linked in button appears. i click on it to log in, the allow access window pops-up and i click accept.
but next, it asks for registration again. another column of registration fields appear and i have to fill them in manually. i thought that this would be automatically created.

thanks in advance

-edit-
the modules work fine. apparently some plugins were outdated.
but for the registering session i still face problems. if a person visits restricted areas around the website, he is asked to register. if he clicks on log in with linked in, it doesnt automatically ports his linkedin account in my website. you can take a look if possible www.symradar.com

Paulos,
Glad to hear you got the modules going.

As for registration, there's a few issues that could be causing what you're seeing, but all are pretty easy to resolve. However, we'd need to know a little more about your configuration. Can you let me know what version of JLinked you're using and we can get going from there.

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JLinked from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Thanks,
Alex

Ok, here is the account we purchased the plugin from. Our Jlinked version is j2.5 v2.2.0.
Is that enough?

Thanks for the update. I just took a look at your site and tried to login. It looks like you have the "Registration Mode" set to "Normal Registration". Go to the JLinked Configuration area and update that to "Automatic Registration". That will automatically create the account for the user and log them in without any additional forms.

I hope that's what you're looking for, but if not, or you run into other issues, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
