I'm having a problem showing LinkedIn information either through any of the modules or by using any of the custom tags. In the case of the modules they are just showing as blank and with the custom tags the source code is showing instead of the desired output.

I've checked and rechecked the configuration and have created & assigned API keys with LinkedIn (I followed the configuration guide). I'm sure it's a configuration error at my end but have reached a dead end in trying to fix the issue.

The website is www.specrealestate.com which is built using Joomla 2.5.6 and Jlinked v1.3.0.

I'm happy to PM the admin login details for the back-end if required.

Thanks in advance

Alnad,
There is a Javascript error on the page that states:

Uncaught Error: You must specify a valid JavaScript API Domain as part of this key's configuration. www.linkedin.com/uas/js/u

I'd recommend checking your LinkedIn Application's setting for "JavaScript API Domains:". In that field, you should have the following fields:
http://www.specrealestate.com/,http://specrealestate.com/
If that field doesn't show have your domain(s), the Javascript won't work. It's a security mechanism on LinkedIn's part to prevent sites from using other user's API keys.

Hope that helps, but if not, let us know!

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you! That has fixed the issue I was having, I'd only got the www.specrealestate.com/,http://specrealestate.com/ entered under Website URL in LinkedIn developer and I'd left the Javascript API Domains field blank - SOLVED!

Thanks again

Awesome! Glad to hear that helped and hope you're running smoothly now. Should you need anything else though, just let us know!

Finally, after you've played with JLinked a bit, please consider leaving a rating for it, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:

Best of luck,
Alex
