Company Profile Information pulled in automatically?

Currently, that's something that would have to be found manually (imported into CB, JomSocial, or some other extension). However, I can definitely see the benefit of importing a few 'key' values about the users, like their current company, into JLinked itself for automatic usage like you're suggesting. I've added this to our task-list, and can imagine that it would go into the 1.1 release.

For JFBConnect, there's not really any similar "critical" data we'd store, so never thought of this before.. but for LinkedIn, it makes a ton of sense, and just the type of feedback we're looking for. Sorry you can't really do that in an automated way right now though. If you really want to pursue this now, we may be able to give you a PHP snippet that will call to LinkedIn for the current user's profile (if they linked their Joomla account to LinkedIn) and fetch their company ID. Not great making a round trip to LinkedIn just to load a page though, so not an optimal solution.
