Yes, there is. It's our "Channels" feature. With it, you can configure Facebook Pages or Groups, Twitter Streams and LinkedIn Company Pages that you want to push content from your site to. You can even include a comment that will be shared as well. To share content, you simply need to navigate to the page you want to share and click our "Create Post" button that will be available to you, add your comment, select the networks to push to and click "Post". It works with all extensions on your site as well.
Once configured, you can use the channels to show the social 'streams' on your page, just like at the bottom of this page as well.
Right now, we don't offer the ability to have content automatically pushed to the networks on creation, just so you know. It's something that will be added next year in a release.
