There is always a 30% discount available when you renew while your subscription is still active. That discount is provided as it keeps users up to date, which lowers our support costs. Unfortunately, your subscription looks to have expired back in July, so you wouldn't be eligible for that discount.
Fortunately, there's been no better time to subscribe. Since July, we've added Google+ and Twitter authentication, an overhauled administrator interface, new social sharing modules, and have lots of big features coming for the next major release due out in February. When the next release comes out, we may have a coupon or other promotion, but haven't decided yet. There are no promotions going on currently.
