Nope, not yet. However, the next release (v5.3) is expected to have *some* group integration and other features. The primary thing well be focusing on is pushing out content to Twitter streams, Facebook Pages and Groups and other social channels. At the same time, we should be implementing the ability to pull in information from Facebook Groups, but that's a secondary goal with that release.. so it may get cut if we can't get it going right away. In that case, it'd e in the release after that.
v5.3 is planned for release in January, just so you know.
