Jeremy,
It makes sense, and there's a few ways we could recommend doing this. One, a simple Like button will post images (and a title/description for the page) to the users wall. With our Open Graph integration, you can easily set all 3 of those values. So, if each page for an image is unique, and you have a way to determine the image for that page, you could easily use our Open Graph easy-tags to say "Here's the image for this page". Then, when a user Like's it, it would post all that info for them.
The benefits of the Like button is that it helps your overall website's social status and helps to even create a little feedback (or competition) for the user by getting a higher Like count (which again, each Like will promote your page).
JFBConnect does also support the Send button which you could implement as well (or instead). The Send button lets a user send a specific page to their friends, so it's not as public. The Send button still uses the Open Graph tags though, so you can set all that information.
Hope that all helps explain, but if you have other questions, just let us know!
Alex
