I purchased the 6mos subscription for JFBC, in order to test it on my site. Now that I've had a chance to work with it, I love it and would like to extend my 6mos sub to a 12mos. Do you offer a renewal or upgrade pricing for current members?

We don't have a renewal price, just the 2 options of 6 months and 1-year. We intentionally have tried to avoid the confusion, and frustration, that can be caused by having a large selection of pricing tiers or coupons every other week and instead kept our pricing simple.

One thing I will note is that, you are under no obligation to re-subscribe. Until there's a feature you require in a new release, or some support you require, your installation of JFBConnect will continue to work exactly how it is after your subscription expires. We have no methods in place to disable extensions, and never plan to.. so you can go for a month (or more) without a subscription as a way to get a discount, if you'd like.

Please do note, Facebook does change things from time to time, and it's always possible that an older version of JFBConnect will begin having issues. This is never 'by-design', but does happen. We usually send out newsletters to our users about new versions or really important things to be aware of, so keep an eye out for those and the JFBConnect changelog .
