Absolutely. JFBconnect has a few great multi-lingual capabilities. First, all of the social modules (Like, Fan, Invite, etc) are automatically translated by Facebook to whatever language your Joomla site is set to.
As for JFBConnect specific language strings, like the login/register page, and the Login With Facebook button, we use language files for those strings that you can easily edit. We're starting to get some contributions from users that we'll be adding to upcoming releases so that we're more multi-lingual out of the box, but right now, we only distribute the English strings. It should be easy to update the handful of strings to whatever you want though.
