Is it a setting on your part or facebook that you can only invite 22 friends at a time?

I moved your topic from the JomSocial Migrator forum, as I'm not sure why you posted it there.

The JFBCInvite module doesn't have a limit on the number of invites that a user can send. However, Facebook may limit the user, or your application from sending too many invites. We don't have control of this.
