Can this be an alternative to dlvr.it ?

JFBConnect is a very capable extension that does many of the things you're looking for. However, dlvr.it is a very specialized tool meant for pushing content to social networks and JFBConnect won't have all the features you're looking for.

Our extension can automatically post content from specific Joomla extensions that we support right now. We have an easy to implement plugin system that allows adding support for other extensions as well. Right now, we support Joomla Content, EasyBlog, JomSocial and K2. JFBConnect also does not support scheduled posting.. once content in any of those extensions is published, it will be autoposted to any Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn channels you have setup.

The channels posting feature is just one of many features of JFBConnect, in addition to social authentication for your users with automatic profile import, open graph tag support, social widgets and various other features.
