Unfortunately, we do not offer coupon codes or other discounts for our products. There is not even a coupon code field on our checkout page to allow for a discount.
When you subscribe, you will be eligible for a 30% discount on all renewals if you do so before your subscription expires. When users keep their subscription up to date, it lowers our overall support costs, and we pass that discount on to our users. I see that your subscription expired about 6 months ago. By not choosing to subscribe until now, you've saved on a whole subscription already. Many users choose to subscribe only when they want to upgrade or new support. Others like to keep their subscription active continually, in which case they can take advantage of the renewal discount. I hope that helps explain.
As for the contact us form, we've had a few reports of it not working. We are looking into this, but we also receive multiple submissions each day that work.. so we're unsure what's happening in some cases. Thanks for letting us know though.
I just purchased the JFBConnect. however usually the purchase should be valid for 1 year. The renewal is only for 6 months even I pay full price.
May I get help to get the subscription extended for 1 year and not 6 months. Please help! Thank you
JFBConnect subscriptions are always for 6 months. We do not offer any other subscription lengths. You've had 2 previous subscriptions in 2016 and 2017 and both of those were also 6 month subscriptions.
