Absolutely. JFBConnect has a lot of integration for JomSocial and JomSocial actually has specific integration for JFBConnect. I'm not sure what features, specifically, you're looking for, but we support authentication, profile import, Open Graph Actions and many other features within JomSocial.

With that said, the Socialize template is a very custom template. As with all templates, if you want specific features to appear in specific places, you may need to perform template overrides to change if, where and how some features will work. We can help with some changes you may want to do, and JomSocial is usually very responsive with customization questions as well.
