When I go into the component it says:

Warning: curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/leagueses/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/views/jfbconnect/view.html.php on line 71

Why am I getting this error? I was assuming it tried to report that curl was not functioning on the server but in fact it is so I am confused as to what this warning is trying to tell me?

The error you are seeing is because JFBConnect is having trouble using curl on your server. It is possible for curl to be installed, as you are saying that it is, but disabled so we cannot use it. You will have to contact your server administrator to make sure that it is enabled for use properly.

As far as that warning on the administrator area of JFBConnect, you can ignore the error on that page. It's not necessary for JFBConnect to function correctly. However, there are other places in JFBConnect that may use curl, so if you encounter this problem in other places that interfere with the function of JFBConnect, then you will need to resolve it on your server.

Thanks Mel, is there any other reason it would be reporting that curl is not running? I am the server admin and installed curl with ssl myself and have confirmed it is installed and enabled. I just checked the Joomla php info and confirmed as well, here is the report returned from that view (perhaps some other parameter here that may give you a clue why it is reporting as not available?).

Please disregard, it appears the problem is with my CloudLinux selector which is not loading something correctly for this.
