Changing the domain site-wide is something you can do by modifying our source code. However, I'm not sure why you don't just use that domain in the first place and redirect from the site you linked to above. That would be the proper way to do it. Your content shouldn't really be split into two different sites.
The title of the Open Graph title tag is taken from the article's title itself. The best way to update what is shown in Facebook is to update the article's meta title description since that will also work for search engines. You can also add the following tag to any page on your site to change the Facebook post title to something different:
