Can't enable System FJBCSystem without Joomla Error

JFBConnect requires at least Joomla 3.1 to function. Joomla 3.0.2 has multiple critical security issues and you should not even consider using that on a 'live' website due to those. The latest release of Joomla is v3.2.0.

Joomla 3.0 doesn't have the required libraries that JFBConnect needs to integrate with the different social networks. For Joomla 2.5, we actually include those libraries in the installation package. We don't do that in the 3.x release simply because no one should be using Joomla 3.0 anymore and the libraries have been included since Joomla 3.1.0.

I hope that helps explain. To upgrade Joomla, you can use the Components -> Joomla Updater link which should do everything automatically. We always recommend creating a backup first, just in case.
