Hello, I have a problem with your component "JFBConnect" problem connection problem after connection redirection for some facebook button is completely inactive. google and twitter for any problems reported. I count on you to quickly settle my problem. I bought this component for use in the period from 20/11 to 14/11 the amount we already 24/11 and the component is still half in place. I find it unacceptable level to sell a component that is not fully devised. I count on you to quickly settle my problem.

I'm sorry you're running into issues. We'll need more information to help understand and fix your issues though..

Hello, I have a problem with your component "JFBConnect" problem connection problem after connection redirection for some facebook button is completely inactive.

Can you explain this more? I just went to your site and clicked the "Menu" button. The menu dropped down and I clicked the Facebook button. I was then brought to the index.php/component/jfbconnect/?view=loginregister&provider=facebook&return=.... page, which means you have Automatic registration disabled.

All of that seems normal. What isn't working for you, or what is 'inactive'? How can we recreate the issue?

If possible, please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing that is not correct. That will help us understand a lot better.

google and twitter for any problems reported.

What issues are you having with Google and Twitter? Are there any error messages you're seeing or other problems you can tell us about?

I bought this component for use in the period from 20/11 to 14/11 the amount we already 24/11 and the component is still half in place.

I'm not sure what the numbers are that you posted above. Either way, we'll gladly help resolve whatever issues you're having once we understand them more.

I find it unacceptable level to sell a component that is not fully devised.

JFBConnect is a very solid component with a more than 5 years of development behind it as well as tens of thousands of websites that use it. Again, I'm sorry you've run into issues, but they should all be able to be easily fixed once we have more information.

Thanks,
Alex
