encoding in og:description different from text

Hi guys,

I have a problem in my page related to encoding. My HTML has this text:
<p>
A&nbsp;<strong>R&aacute;dio Altitude</strong>&nbsp;&eacute; a esta&ccedil;&atilde;o local mais antiga de Portugal, tendo por isso consci&ecirc;ncia do papel relevante que ocupa na hist&oacute;ria da radiodifus&atilde;o nacional.</p>

But the og:description generated has this code:
<meta property="og:description" content="A&amp;nbsp;R&amp;aacute;dio Altitude&amp;nbsp;&amp;eacute; a esta&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o local mais antiga de Portugal, tendo..."/>

It looks like the "&" are transformed in "&amp;"

My page has this charset:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Any idea on how to fix this?
