Topic-icon Subscriber ID not associated with an active JFBConnect account

Hi

I bought JFBConnect and installed it on my Jomsocial site.

After installation and configuration I probably did something wrong and could not log into my admin account.

I had to delete the site and start from scratch. Now the site is ready and I installed JFBConnect again...

During autotune I get the following error: Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

Please advise.
