Something seems wrong about your Facebook Application setup. When I go to your Namespace area, it shows an error:
graph.facebook.com/schema/og/fb/wikipuglia

It should look like below, which is from our demo site:
graph.facebook.com/schema/og/fb/joomla-to-facebook

Can you check that:
* Your Facebook App is not in Sandbox mode
* Your Facebook App doesn't have any restrictions on it (IP Whitelist, geographic, etc)

Until those are fixed and a post has been made, the Generate Story area won't work properly.. so we'll need to figure out why your app seems restricted in some way first.

I received your Private Message with your Facebook credentials. However, we can't login to your Facebook account that way. Can you go to the Facebook Developer Area , click into your app, go to "Developer Roles" and click "Add" next to Developers. In there, add 1251253607 as the Facebook ID of the user to invite.

We'll gladly look into things more in your app configuration once we can. It would likely also help to provide us admin credentials to your site. If you can Private Message those to me, it will help get things going.

Thanks for the credentials. I got into the admin area of your site and checked things out. In the "Action" setup, you had the "Built-in Facebook Action" setting checked. "image_upload" is an action you created in Facebook, and not a built-in one.

After I unchecked that box, the uploading of an image properly went to my Facebook Activity Log. From there, I forced it to show on the Timeline, and it looked like below:

The "Submit" button is now available in the Review section of your App. I'd try uploading an image and making sure it works for you before submitting, but hopefully you're good to go now!
