User not found???

Jude,
Please make sure you're using your Subscriber ID, found on the My Downloads, My Profile, or My Subscriptions pages. It should be a long string of letters and numbers and not the Invoice ID (a 4 or 5 digit number).

If that doesn't work, let me know the first 5 or so characters of the Subscriber ID you're using and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Glad to hear that got you going. Also, I'm happy to hear things are going smoothly know and that you're impressed so far. There's years of work put into JFBConnect to get it where it is, so it's always good to get that kind of feedback.

As for Twitter and LinkedIn, we've already announced that Twitter authentication should be a part of the October update and LinkedIn should be included in December. Those may slip a little to the following months, but will be out during your subscription period.
