Dude, the first screen of those settings are in Components/Jomsocial/Configuration/FacebookConnect. JS v3 looks a bit different to the screenshot but the settings are pretty much the same.

The 2nd lot of settings are in Components/JFBConnect/Profiles/JomSocial...

You likely don't have the Social Profiles - JomSocial plugin enabled. That should have been installed with JFBConnect (if JomSocial was properly detected), but we don't automatically enable it.

As Russ mentioned, you'll need to change some settings in the Configuration - Facebook Connect area of JomSocial and also in the Profiles area of JFBConnect (once that plugin is enabled).
