Yup. If a user can't get to your page using the public internet, neither will Facebook. If the page is restricted in anyway to the public internet, which is how Facebook can see your page, they will have issues seeing it. Once the site is public/online, you should be fine.

No problem. Once you go live, it may take 24 hours for all of your pages to be scanned, but it shouldn't be too problematic. If you run into any issues though, you know where to find us.
