First use of JLinked and JFBConnect - what is the FConnect button was created by [email protected]

For my web-site (standby.cloudopia.co), my intention is to allow login with LinkedIn OR Facebook. I logged in using LinkedIn and then I see a FConnect Icon (see screenshot attached). I didn't expect that icon as I don't see the purpose of offering that icon to a visitor to my web-site. Secondly, after I click on the icon a pop-up shows for a second but the icon doesn't go away.

I do want to enable sharing from my web-site to Facebook and LinkedIn. That shouldn't require Joomla login using either LinkedIn or Facebook - just that the user is logged into these sites in the browser or their mobile device.

The "Connect this Account?" link is a way for users who have logged in *not* using the social networks shown to login with those networks. When they do so, their social network account will be connected to their Joomla account on your site so that they can log back in using either method in the future.

To disable that feature, simply set the "Show Connect Account Button(s)" to "Hide" in the SCLogin module under "Logout Options".
