It could be a mis-configuration issue, or it could be a conflict with the RocketTheme template. I'm not sure which, but I can help you narrow things down and then help you get things going from there.

First, I would recommend switching (temporarily) to the Protostar template that comes with Joomla. In the SCLogin module, disable the jQuery and Bootstrap options as those are definitely not required with Protostar. Then, test the SCLogin module and make sure the features work how you want there. If so, you know it's not a configuration problem with the SCLogin module.

If you get that going similar to how you want, then switch back to the RocketTheme template. You'll may need to enable the Bootstrap option, but probably *not* jQuery. Test again. If that doesn't work, the best thing to do is post (or Private Message) a URL where we can see the page in action. From there, we can narrow down if it's a conflict pretty quickly and try to come up with a suitable work around to get you goin.

No problem for the suggestions, and good luck building out the site. There's always just short of a billion things to do when launching a new site. We re-launched this site on a new design and version of Joomla about 1 month ago today and are still squashing bugs and improving the interface.
