For the first set of images, the category that you had configured was for a "PC - Console" but the feed post was for a smart phone. Are you sure the object you configured is for the page you were testing with? The default for JFBConnect is 10 words, so my guess is that your object isn't being applied to that page.

In the 2nd post, can you tell us how what page you were testing with and how JFBConnect was configured for that page?

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

The issue with incorrect category in Facebook post may be solved (in the other topic): screencast.com/t/vAn8SsWNUPm
However, the issue with the length of description still occurs: screencast.com/t/jPw2WxspFQFp
My website: danhgia.net. I sent the admin access to you some days ago. I don't know which setting was used for this section.
If you meant the Facebook Page, here is it: www.facebook.com/DanhGia.Net

Giang,
We do have the credentials. However, can you private message me a link to a page where the description isn't working at the right length? Also, please let me know what Open Graph object type should be applied to that page. That way, we can look into whether the object you created isn't working for that page, or there are settings issues with that object in general.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

It happens in all links, all pages. They are all 10 words.
The issues with the object type was solved. It shows correctly in Facebook: screencast.com/t/fYRmElJkcfpo

Here is the setting in JFBconnect: screencast.com/t/cmRglZ01Lg

Thanks for the information. I went into your site and disabled the Open Graph - Content plugin, and that fixed the description length issue.

I'm not sure why that was necessary and we'll be investigating further. It does look like you're using many standard articles on your site, so hopefully this doesn't cause you any problems. If it does though, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
