Did Facebook change the like button size? was created by chramb1

All of a sudden the width of the like button on both the div and the table *INSIDE OF FACEBOOK'S IFRAME* have changed. Is this a noted change from FB?

It's making the like button twice as wide now.

It looks like you have the layout set to box_count. Using Facebook's Social Plugin generator for like buttons ( found here ), it looks like this is the current look for that layout. I hadn't seen any announcements for this but I'd suggest changing the layout to another option to see if that fits the style you're looking for better.

I am using box count. I've been using it for years. I'd like to continue to use it. Until now, it was the same size as the other buttons. A few weeks ago, it expanded to what you now see. This has happened across all of my sites, and I can see it's in Facebook's iFrame content.

Anyone else noticing this, then?

Yes, as mentioned in my response, it looks like Facebook changed this. We can pass in parameters to the plugin to configure it but we have no control of how it's rendered and the styles.
