Hi
when we active Easysocial integrate , the JFBConnect dont respect to Mandatory options for registration !

Please look this photo : ibb.co/Q94FF6g

I raised the issue with the supporter and etched the answer for you
Our problem is that others can register on the site with a Social Network account without filling out mandatory options. Is there a way to solve this problem or will it be fixed in future versions?

First, in the JFBConnect backend > Profiles area, please verify that you have mapped the gender field and enabled the 'Import Avatar' option. If these are required fields that are mapped but the data is not coming in from the social networks, you'll need to enable Normal Registration (instead of Automatic) in order to get the fields filled out. You can set the registration flow to EasySocial or JFBConnect and the user will be prompted to fill out the required fields that are not retrieved. There will be options in the JFBConnect backend > Profiles area to limit which fields are shown if you choose JFBConnect.

For the administrator approval, what do you have for the setting in the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > "Skip Joomla User Activation" option?

Maybe you can make the settings for me?
I may disable the JFBConnect with the wrong settings
Thank you

We generally like to explain how to configure JFBConnect instead of doing it for our customers. The reason is that you know your site much better than us and know the other extensions you have installed and how they interact.

In general though, I'd recommend the settings Melissa posted above:
* Enable Normal Registration (instead of Automatic) so the user has an opportunity to fill out those required fields.
* Set the registration flow to EasySocial so they will proceed through EasySocial's registration process with whatever data we can pull in from the social network pre-filled for them.

I hope that helps!
Alex
