Save recommended settings doesn't save

My guess, and I'll have to investigate further, is that the Page Tab URL (the non-secure version) is simply not used by Facebook anymore. I believe the SSL version has been used for only for Facebook for a few years, but they kept the non-SSL version for very rare cases.

As long as the SSL version is set, you're good.. if you're using the Page Tab feature.

So.. basically, ignore it. I added an issue to investigate if it's needed and remove it if not.
