Hi
I have just purchased the component and need to use it to allow other users to post onto their own facebook pages.
I have successfully connected it and users can post, HOWEVER .. when they post, it shows MY site as part of their post, instead of only their post.

How do I set this up so that their post shows only their own content?

thanks

Posting my response from Facebook Messenger on here too, in case anyone else is interested

JFBConnect links the post message with a URL on your site, with the message from the user. Facebook then looks at the URL to see if there are open graph tags set and uses those to create the share preview with URL description, image and url link. From the FB api endpoint, it looks like you can do a message without a link (developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/publishing), but we do not currently have a mechanism to just create a message on a Facebook page without the link. I think that would be an easy change to JFBConnect for the next release and I've added it into our issue tracker. In the meantime, if you want to disable the link go into /components/com_jfbconnect/libraries/provider/facebook/channel/page.php. At line 145 comment out or remove the following line: $params = $link;
