Hello

I have this error when I am trying to make an autopost channel:

No Stream Data found.

Channel may be configured incorrectly. Please make sure your channel is published and review settings for any possible errors.
There may be no current posts available from the social network.

Please note, formatting may be different in your admin template, so please just verify if posts are present.

What should I do?

Were you able to set the other fields like Channel Owner, Page, etc? Can you send a screenshot of your Channel Configuration in the backend?

These are two screenshots.

My channel's configuration back end and the other is the Facebook Application Configuration where I can't save my preferences

From what your pictures show, everything appears to be setup properly. If the feed isn't showing, that could be because there are no posts on the Facebook Page, that the posts aren't from admins (you have "Show Admin Only" set) or there could be some bug fetching the feed.

Can you send a link to the Facebook Page that you're trying to configure as well? We'd like to see the posts that are shown publicly in your feed to make sure there's content there that should show.

Thanks,
Alex

Also, in the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General area, can you turn the Cache Duration setting to 0? This will force a refresh of the channel posts.

Following the advises you gave me both, I show the posts of my Facebook page. But I think it was the admin thing. Now is it going to publish my k2 articles automatically to my facebook page? Or should I do something more? And another question. Do I have to have the app in development mode or live? Thank you

This is my facebook page www.facebook.com/ParaPolitica.GR

It sounds as if you've set up the auto-posting for Joomla content. If you also want new K2 posts to publish automatically, please publish the 'Open Graph - K2' plugin and set up the channel Autopost objects/plugins settings appropriately for your channel.

Do I have to have the app in development mode or live?

You can set this up in development mode to get started. If you want the app to go live (to allow for additional users to log in via Facebook credentials), you will have to go through Facebook's review process. Posting with channels does require additional permissions that will need to be approved for your app when you go live.

Thank you for the answer. As you can see in the photo my setup is for K2 I think. My plugins are enabled. But nothings posts.

And another thing. If everything goes right can I choose from what category of K2 the articles will be posted? Some other options?

This looks reasonable.
1. How are you publishing the item? Is it an item pending in the future or is it published right away. Front-end edit or in the backend area?
2. Can you go into the JFBConnect backend > Channels area and click the "History" tab to see if there are any errors listed.
3. Can you verify that the item you're posting is a public item?

And another thing. If everything goes right can I choose from what category of K2 the articles will be posted? Some other options?

If you go into JFBConnect backend > Social Meta area, you can create an object for K2 item. In this object you can target a specific K2 category. Then in the channel configuration, select this new object in the "Autopost Objects" setting.

1.Items autopublished right away from a component in backend
2.There is nothing in history tab
3.Items are public

This was a very useful information. I went there and made a k2 object but everytime I am trying to save it it says: Error
Error: Information is required about your Application for Open Graph to function. Please run Autotune configuration tool. to fetch your settings.

I go there and there are no errors
