If you're talking about posting an article to Facebook or another social channel, please check out our Quick Start Guide for "Post Content to Social Networks". You'll have to do steps 1-3 and 5.

The front-end is where you can manually post with JFBConnect currently, due to the building of the URL that is generated for the post. We do have an issue in our tracker to investigate adding the backend posting capability to JFBConnect, but this is not functionality that we currently have.

Hi Melissa.

Thank you for your quick reply

I however had the impression that in an old version of JFBConnect (3 or 4 years old, the 1st than i use) we had an option (a check box field) in the edit view of com_content with the choice of social channel that we wanted to use to publish simultaneously than on Joomla on the social channel selected.

This both in admin and front.

No ?

No, this has not be a feature of JFBConnect. Perhaps another extension.
