Hi all,

At the moment i can't use the facebook login button at my website. The problem is that i tries to use an old facebook app (which was mine). Within JFBConnect i only can find the new app ID and secret key but it tries to use an ID which i not filled in JFBConnect. Is there any other place where this has been saved?

There are two places that this may be in the JFBConnect backend:
1. JFBConnect backend > Configuration > Facebook tab
2. Autotune Configuration tool within the JFBConnect backend. Go to the Basic Info tab and see if there are different values there. I'd also suggest going through the "Facebook App" tab in Autotune to check the settings on the new app.

Let me know if this helps or if you continue to have problems.

Hi Melissa,

At that both places the id is correct. so i am really wondering why it is opening an old facebook app id. So i still have the same issue.

So what is making you think that a new application is being used? Any screenshots or additional details would be helpful. Can you provide a URL for your site also?

Also, I'd suggest looking at other components or templates installed for your site. A lot of other extensions also include Facebook integration, so this may be coming from something other than JFBConnect.

I found the issue. a different application made a conflict and within this application the old id was written. so issue has been resolved. thank you for your help.
