Topic-icon Auto-registration setup, but account isn't being automatically create

we are using jfbconnect version 8.3.1http://prntscr.com/qkoshe

Please check: yourtravel.center/index.php/en/sign-in

Try to sign-in with Facebook and check with below credential:
username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
password: PwDLaunch8!

The result we get is: prntscr.com/qkohaf

While in other cases we directly login and display like prntscr.com/qkoink

We already try with different accounts but only in one account, which I gave above, I am facing this situation. So please help me with it.

The Facebook account that you provided to test with has an error on attempting to log in that it's scheduled for deletion, preventing the login for me.

I was able to use my own test FB account on your site and the user was automatically created and logged in.

Can you double-check if you have an existing Joomla account with the "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." email address? If there's an existing account and an existing Facebook mapping to that account (found in JFBConnect > User Map area), JFBConnect will have to prompt to create an account to prompt for a new email address. This would be my first guess at what's happening with this account, so double check the Joomla account and User Map area and let me know.

Please check now with same account I have cancelled the facebook deletion so its working fine now.

And about having this email id in my system, so i have checked users table and even user map option but believe me its no where.. so please would you check this again and let me know.

I see the behavior you're experiencing. My thought that is that it still has something to do with the existing users. If you look at the username that's generated for this new user, it's rollau2. Can you look at the user details for the existing rollau user? If this doesn't shed light on it, you can send me a private message (using the envelope icon under my avatar) with backend credentials so that I can take a look.

It doesn't look like your Facebook account had an email address associated with it, just a phone number. Without an email address coming back from a social network, automatic registration will not work - hence, why you're seeing the mini-registration view. An email address is required information for creating a Joomla account.

I added the email address to the test FB account, but you will need to verify it. Once that's done, can you please try to log in our your site again with the credentials and verify whether the automatic registration goes through or not.
