Thanks so much for pointing this out. Instagram has definitely changed their process for creating new apps. Apps that were created before the switch still work with JFBConnect without any issue. However, it looks like new apps created through the Facebook Developer area will require some updates in JFBConnect. We've already started on that work and should have something to release by the end of this week.
We definitely apologize for the trouble and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Once we have a new release available, we'll update our App Setup documentation for Instagram as well to make sure the process goes smoothly once again... until some other social network changes things... again
