I'm unsure why that language string isn't translated, but the message means that the URL you're using for the Instagram post isn't being recognized properly by Instagram. Can you share how you're setting up the tag?
Are you using the SCSocialWidget module? If so, please tell us what settings you have for each parameter.

If you're using the Easy-Tag {SCInstagramOEmbed ...}, please post the full tag.

Once we understand the setup, we should be able to help you fix the error.
